Entry Fee: $10 per animal (can enter as many categories as you like for one low fee –multiply your chances to win !) 100 % of your entry fee goes to support the life-saving programs of Friends For Life.
Grand prize winner : The winning pet will be the mascot of this year’s FFL Phantom Ball ! Your animal will be immortalized on an actual postage stamp that will go out on all Phantom Ball invitations and will be included in all advertising for the event. The lucky owner will also receive a $50 Petsmart gift certificate, a pair of brand spanking new Friends For Life T Shirts for the human part of the team, 3 months of Advantage flea control for your winning pet and a gift bag jammed full of extremely cool prizes !

All entries must be received by midnight October 1st, 2006. All entries shall be in the form of a photograph emailed to Friends For Life at nokill1@aol.com.
No pets of FFL staff will be considered (yes, we realize they are cute, too..but let’s give someone else a chance).
Each and every contestant will be featured on the FFL website. By entering the contest, the owner gives Friends For Life permission to use the photograph entered for promotional purposes.
